Prado Publishing Marketing OS
Effective date: August 20, 2026 · Last updated: August 20, 2026

Prado Publishing Marketing OS (the “Application”) is a private, internal software tool operated by Prado Publishing (“we,” “us”). It is used solely to create, publish, and measure marketing content for Prado Publishing’s own books. The Application is not a public product or service, is not offered to outside users, and does not have customer accounts.

What the Application connects to

The Application connects only to Prado Publishing’s own business and social-media accounts through each platform’s official API, with authorization granted by us through each platform’s standard consent (OAuth) process. Platforms may include Pinterest, Instagram/Meta, YouTube/Google, TikTok, and Amazon Ads (Amazon Attribution).

Information the Application accesses and stores

The Application is not designed to collect personal information from the public. It does not offer sign-up, profiles, tracking pixels, or advertising identifiers, and it does not sell personal information.

How information is used

Data retrieved from connected platforms is used only to operate, measure, secure, and improve Prado Publishing’s own marketing activity — for example, publishing approved marketing content to our own accounts and reviewing how that content performed. It is not sold, and it is not shared with third parties for their advertising purposes.

How credentials are protected

OAuth tokens and platform credentials are stored securely within the Application’s private infrastructure, are not exposed publicly, and are accessible only to Prado Publishing. Tokens are used solely to perform the actions we have authorized on our own accounts.

Third-party platforms

Connected platforms (such as Pinterest, Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, and Amazon) process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing those policies directly. Nothing in this policy alters how those independent services handle data.

Revoking access and deletion

Platform access granted to the Application can be revoked at any time through the security or connected-apps settings of the applicable platform. Stored credentials and tokens can also be deleted from the Application by Prado Publishing. When access is revoked, the Application can no longer act on the associated account.

Data retention

We retain platform analytics, publishing records, and internal business assets for as long as they are useful for operating and improving Prado Publishing’s marketing. Credentials for disconnected platforms are deleted.

Changes to this policy

If the Application’s behavior changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
